About Paul
Paul is an experienced and well regarded Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience as a tax practitioner. Paul began his career in a Big 4 Advisory Firm in Dublin before returning home to Cork to work in a leading law firm with a specialist tax advisory department. He then spent a number of year’s working for a multi-disciplined accountancy practice as director of taxation before establishing Paul Gosal Tax Advisory.
Paul has detailed knowledge and experience across all tax heads. His niche areas of expertise include Succession Planning and Corporate/Business restructurings including personal retirement planning. Paul has also developed extensive experience advising internationally mobile individuals including non-residents, expatriates and non-domiciled individuals.
He is a Fellow of the Irish Tax Institute and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Paul is a taxation lecturer for the past 10 years in Cork Institute of Technology and regularly presents on taxation matters for the Certified Public Accountants and the Irish Tax Institute.
